Founded in 1999, the Voigasplattler steadily increased the number of members and enhanced their program. Also outside Austria they succeeded with their one-of-a-kind dance style and are well known. In corporation with the Upper Austrian Youth Society the Voigasplattler received the Folk Culture Award in 2000 and they won the Upper Austrian Schuhplattl championship in the years from 2008 to 2011 and 2017!
The Voigasplattlers biggest achievement of all is to put the audience in high spirits at every event - in and outside Austria!
